Quote requests

• Sending the quote form asks us for a price. It does not start a project and it does not cost anything.
• A quote we send is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.
• A project starts when both sides sign a written agreement that lists the scope, the price and the dates. Those written terms replace anything on this site.

Who owns the work

Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, the client owns the website, its design, its content and its code once the final invoice is paid. We keep the right to show the finished work as an example of what we do.

Other companies' sites

The site links to businesses that Go West Holdings owns and to tools we use. Each has its own terms and privacy policy. Product names and logos are trademarks of their owners.

Limits

We are not liable for loss that comes from relying on the general information on this site. Liability for a project is set by that project's written agreement.
