What this site collects

The site collects nothing unless you send one of its two forms. The contact form asks for your name, email address, company (optional) and message. The quote form asks for your name, email address, the service you want, a budget range and a description of the project.

What happens to a form

• The server writes the form to a log file on our hosting, with the date, your IP address and your browser's name, so a message is never lost.
• It then emails the same details to contact@gowestholdings.com. Only the people who handle new projects read that mailbox.
• We use what you sent to reply to you. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers or add you to a newsletter.

Cookies and tracking

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see the request for the font files; nothing else leaves your browser.

How long we keep it

Form entries and the emails they produce stay until the project they concern is closed or for two years, whichever comes first. Server access logs are kept for 30 days.

Your rights

Email contact@gowestholdings.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within one business day and delete on request unless a signed contract requires us to keep a record.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Nothing you have already sent is used for a new purpose without asking you first.
